As we continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around the coronavirus (COVID-19), our first thought is for the safety and well-being of all individuals impacted by these difficult circumstances.  In these unprecedented times, our firm is doing everything it can to support all those impacted. 

You can count on us to continue to do our best to make sure you have access to our firm for the services you rely on.  Our firm remains operational with staff for your legal needs and we are here to help.  We encourage all of our clients to use electronic means (phone, e-mail, and Zoom) to conduct business with us.

Our top priority is the safety of you and our employees.  We have taken several steps to make our environment as safe as possible: 

–    We enhanced cleaning procedures in our firm following CDC and public health guidance.
–    We established a set of protocols to ensure that any of our employees who are high risk or potentially infected remain at home.
–    We are also taking measures to help our staff stay safe including reducing travel and in-person meetings, and we are suggesting telephone and video conferences in lieu of in-person meetings, in-person meetings will be for pressing or urgent matters only for the safety of our clients and staff.

We ask you to be on the lookout for suspicious email and text messages that try to convince you to share sensitive information such as username and passwords, or ones that may impersonate a company, charity, or government agency.  Dias Law Firm, Inc. will never ask you for your personal information or log-in credentials in an email or text message without first fully discussing the matter with you.
